The National Diabetic Hypertensive Association of St. Vincent
and the Grenadines was established on November 14, 2001 to promote
the interest of diabetics and hypertensives and to assist them
in the management of their conditions, thus reducing complications.

| The National Diabetic/Hypertensive
Association is committed to assisting the Diabetic and Hypertensive
persons in St. Vincent and the Grenadines in preventing and
controlling their disease conditions aimed at reducing morbidity
and mortality, through health promotion, encouraging healthy
lifestyle practices and coordinating the District Associations.

can access general information about diabetes, diabetes as it
relates to St. Vincent and the Grenadines and finding support.
